Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Delivery time
Once shipped, your order typically arrives within 12–20 business days, depending on your location. Since our products ship from our partner warehouses, this window may vary slightly during periods of high demand.

Order tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it in real time.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Delivery areas
We currently ship to France and the European Union. If you have questions about shipping to your country, feel free to contact us.

Shipping address
Please provide a complete and accurate address (we're unable to deliver to PO boxes). Kozy is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer.
