RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Right of withdrawal
In line with EU law, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to let us know you'd like to return an item — no reason required.

Return conditions
The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and complete (including any accessories and charging cable).

Return shipping costs
Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the item arrived defective or we made an error.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days, to your original payment method.

Defective or damaged items
If your Kozy Self-Stirring Mug arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the item. We'll offer a replacement or full refund, and you won't be charged for return shipping.
